Get a short and useful review of the Italian ski resort Canazei at SkiVacation.com. On our travelling site you'll find all the facts on this lovely skiing destination and can arranges for flights, accommodations and transportation online.
Canazei is a large town in Trentino's Val di Fassa - a breathtakingly scenic region that is has been neglected by the British tourists. Its narrow cobbled streets, modern hotels and traditional-style buildings are set beneath a most heavily wooded section of the Sella Ronda making this a beautiful visual experience.
Although some of the individual runs maybe short and slightly easier, the distances you can cover on skis is massive making the area great for intermediate skiers. The resorts snowmaking is some of Europe's best making the snow reliability fantastic.
All the terrain parks have been recently updated and revamped and there is a new 8 man gondola to replace the previous chairlift. The scenery here is gorgeous and the charm of the resort itself is clear for everyone to see. Plus with the excellent mountain restaurants, this truly is an intermediate skier's paradise.
